Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are handmade and packed in-house. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Shipping Times:
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days for U.S. customers, depending on your location.
We ship mainly through USPS, so you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order goes out.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Orders over $50 may qualify for free shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility, but if something goes wrong, hit us up — we’ll do our best to make it right.
